Important Updates & Dates
- Spring Sports sign-ups begin on Feb. 1
- Start Dates: March 9 for Varsity and Junior Varsity & April 6 for Modified
- To Complete sign-ups:
- All student athletes need their sports physicals provided to the South Seneca nurse's office one week prior to corresponding season start dates.
- Parents need to complete Family ID for every sports season.
- Updated physical (within last 12 months) submitted to the Health Office, one week prior to the first practice.
- IMPORTANT: Please make sure the family cardiac history box is checked on the NYS Physical Form in the Recommendation Section.
- IMPACT Concussion Management completed.
