South Seneca Central School District is excited to introduce ReachOut—a program designed to provide students with a direct line to the help and support they need, whenever they need it.
ReachOut is a hotline that connects students with crisis counselors 24/7. Students can use it at any time when they are feeling overwhlemed/stressed and need someone to talk to and get support or strategies, or if they are experiencing suicidal thoughts. They can either call 607-600-8986 or use the chat: https://d1ycp1unyf9l00.cloudfront.net/partner/18d82020-52e6-4bbb-b636-06482b08c4ed/site/widget/index.html
With ReachOut, you can easily connect with trusted professionals who are ready to listen, guide, and assist you through tough times. Whether you're dealing with stress, anxiety, bullying, or just need someone to talk to, ReachOut ensures that you're never alone. It's a safe, confidential way to reach out for help, ensuring you have the support to succeed and stay well both in and out of school.
Remember, it's okay to ask for help—ReachOut is here for you.
